The team at The Even Keel Project are very proud to announce their newest team member who joins with a wealth of industry specific expertise as MD with yacht racing team Alex Thomson Racing and more recently the now well recognised tri services sailing initiative 'Toe in the Water'. TITW aims to re-inspire the servicemen and women who have sustained profound and traumatic injuries, including the loss of limbs, to move beyond their injuries.
 

With clear synergies between the two initiatives, the entire team at the project are certain Tanya will become invaluable and are excited to be working alongside her. With some promising developments in the pipeline and a very successful first year of operation this is the perfect time for Tanya's introduction and I am more than certain her industry knowledge and advice will be called upon frequently.

I am sure I join everyone at the project in welcoming Tanya and wishing her every success in assisting another very worthwhile cause blossom into the global success it warrants, in doing so help introduce many more new sailors to this great sport.
